IsoTrucker: run a trucking company in a shared, living world

Welcome to the State of Valeria. Five cities, the highways between them, and a world that moves whether you’re watching or not: traffic flows, lights change, day turns to night. Every other player is out there on the same roads, at the same time.

You start with one used truck and a few hundred dollars. Where you take it from there is up to you.

Drive it yourself

Pick a load from the job board, follow the GPS, and get it there in one piece. Every cargo drives differently: fragile goods punish a rough ride, heavy loads need room to stop, express freight is on the clock, and hazardous cargo pays the most because it’s the least forgiving. Deliver early and you earn a bonus. Arrive with the cargo damaged and it shows on your pay.

Night runs pay more, but your driver gets tired. Watch the fatigue bar and pull into a truck stop to rest before it becomes a problem.

Build a fleet

Save up and buy more trucks, up to five, from a used starter rig to new European cab-overs, American long-noses and an 8×4 heavy-haul tractor. Every truck comes with its own driver.

Drive one truck yourself and put the rest on autopilot. They pick up jobs, refuel and deliver on their own while you drive. Your hired drivers keep a share of every load they deliver; the loads you drive yourself are all yours.

Make each truck your own

Upgrades and add-ons are fitted truck by truck:

• Performance: engine, brakes, a bigger tank, suspension and tyres
• Looks: air horn, light bar, bull bar, stacks, sun visor, side skirts, stripes, beacon and rims
• Paint: one colour for the whole company

Something to chase every day

• Featured loads: three well-paid cross-state jobs, the same for everyone, refreshed daily
• Contracts: deliver three loads on one lane, on time and in good shape, for a completion bonus
• Records and streaks: your best time on each lane, and how many perfect deliveries in a row

One world, shared by everyone

All players drive on the same map in real time: the same traffic, the same red lights, the same clock. Other companies’ trucks roll past with their names on the roof. When you leave, your company waits for you, frozen right where it was until you’re back.
